La Nostra Pizza di Natale
Publico's wood-fired sourdough pizza takes on a festive spin with this christmas pizza as it features savoury pork cotechino, sweet chestnuts and potato, a classic Italian pairing for a hearty, comforting dish that complements the warmth of Yuletide season.

 

Filetto di Merluzzo in Padella
Inspired by the Southern Italian tradition of celebrating Christmas Eve with a feast of seven fishes, this dish highlights a delightfully tender cod fish fillet delicately balanced with fragant carnaroli rice, peas and Gallinacci mushrooms for a symphony of flavours and textures.

 

Orecchiette Pugliese 
Another quintessential Italian dish reminiscent of the season's harvest, this dish features house made orecchiette tossed in rich broccolini sauce, topped with shaved black truffle and pecorino for a decadent treat. 

 

Costolette di Agnello Alla Griglia
A hearty main for the festive season, featuring grilled lamb cutlets, pistachio, butternut pumpkin, chestnuts and fava beans, the combination of juicy tender meat combined with a mixture of nuts and greens creates the perfect dish.
