Dive into the festive season with a classic Italian-American tradition at Publico Ristorante. Traditionally a celebratory meal held the night before Christmas with friends and family, the Feast of the Seven Fishes features a stunning lineup of mouth-watering seafood to dig into all night long.

À LA CARTE FESTIVE SPECIALS
Be immersed in the joy of the season with specials presented by Executive Chef Bettina Arguelles. Indulge with the exquisite Uni Capellini with Rougie Lobster featuring hand-made capellini, sea urchin emulsion and avruga caviar, or spoil yourself with the festive Pizza Polpo, brimming with delightful chunks of grilled octopus atop a squid ink tomato base. 

Lastly, savour Publico's pièce de résistance: the Pizza Royale, crowned with an indulgent medley of luxurious bites, including sea urchin cream, Hokkaido scallops, avruga caviar and black truffle.

Publico Ristorante's monthly spit grill gets a festive spin with Grilled River Prawns prepared live in the leafy outdoor terrazza. A tempting treat for the senses, savour these flame-grilled delights to get into the festive spirit.

CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER
