Putting a spin on the classic, Publico presents Sisu Negroni, exclusively available from 18 Sep - 24 Sep 2023.
Featuring Campari infused plum and berries, complemented by gin, vermouth, port wine and umeshu, Publico's Sisu Negroni delicately balances floral and fruity flavours for an intoxicating tipple.

Elevate Sunday brunch with 3-hours of bottomless negronis from 12.30pm - 3.30pm accompanied by live beats in the garden with DJ Kevin O'Hara from 1pm to 4pm.
