PLATING UP WA: SINGAPORE EDITION

Plating Up WA: Singapore Edition is a month-long dining festival that connects gourmets in Singapore with the best Western Australian (WA) produce by serving up WA-inspired dishes and drinks at participating restaurants and bars. 

In partnership with Plating Up WA: Singapore Edition, Publico Ristorante is pleased to serve up the Bistecca Ribeye - a decadent steak dish featuring quality grain-fed beef from Western Australia's best Euro British breeders. Using beef marbled for flavour and aged for consistent tenderness, expect the highest caliber for the ultimate cut.  

For an elevated dining experience, the Bistecca Platter, featuring an upsized, sharing portion (500gm) of the Bistecca Ribeye is available every weekend in June from 12pm - 3pm. Perfectly seared over an open grill and accompanied by 5 house-made condiments – Salsa Verde, Whole Confit Garlic, Whole Grain Mustard, Spring Onion Crème and Lemon Salt, the Bistecca Platter is a feast for the eyes and guaranteed to satisfy your cravings.
