For three days only, Publico Ristorante will showcase an abundance of local and internationally sourced seafood, as part of the Publico By The Sea event. The Seafood Emporium features a premium crudo raw bar, fresh fillets marinated and grilled to your request, and the most succulent crustaceans. Savour these fresh flavours alongside a series of structural white wines with unique aromas from Scarbolo (Friuli, Italy) evoking a holistic journey of the Italian seaside.
Top off the experience together with third-generation winemaker, Mattia Scarbolo, as he showcases wines from his family's business and conducts tastings on Wednesday, 27 March. Elevate your exploration into these distinguished wines even further with tastings by The Straits Wine Company's Adi on Thursday, 28 March and Friday, 29 March.
