Publico Ristorante rolls out the romance this Valentine’s Day with a six-course sharing menu prepared by Executive Sous Chef Bettina Arguelles.

Guests can tantalize their palates with mouth-watering delights including Seabass Carpaccio, Homemade Ravioli, Slow Cooked Wagyu Short Ribs, Irresistible Tiramisu and more.

Pair the meal to perfection with a glass of Amore Eterno ($20++), specially prepared for spell-bound lovers, featuring Beefeater Gin, St. George Raspberry Liqueur, Liqueur de Violettes and Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic.

You Had Me at Publico 6-Course Sharing Menu will be served on 14 February 2019 at $78++ per person.*

Other signature à la carte dishes featuring contemporary interpretations of Italian cuisine highlighting provenance and seasonality are also available for order. Opt for a seat in the outdoor terrazza where the shimmering moonlight and shining stars set the perfect backdrop for a romantic candlelit dinner.
