For 72 hours, Publico turns up for the Singapore Grand Prix weekend. The race live on screen, Pizza al Metro on the table, Italian bar bites on the side and Negronis making the rounds, all by the river.

Weekday lunch, sorted. Choose two courses for $32++ or three for $38++, with antipasti to start, pasta or mains to follow, and dolci if you’re staying for three.
